20 Point Checklist
- Check system for proper refrigerant charge
- Check compressor and fan amps
- Check and clean condenser fan
- Check capacitors
- Check contactor points
- Brush out electrical cabinet
- Check all caps and valves for seals and/or proper fit
- Check thermostat operation and mounting plus damper open/close
- Check blower amps
- Check heat strip amps, circuit components, and safeties
- Check/Clean heat strips
- Check/evaluate evaporator coil for buildup
- Check blower wheel for buildup
- Check all electrical connections and wires
- Change/wash filter (filter provided by customer)
- Check temperature splits
- Flush and vacuum drain line/pan and evaluate drainage
- Treat drain line/pan with viper treatment
- Check float switch operation
- Check/Evaluate condenser coil
- Check final performance and report necessary improvements
PLUS Checklist
- Clean exterior of air handler cabinet
- Clean interior walls of air handler
- Treat air handler/evaporator coil w/ Bio-Cide
- Treat supply plenum with mastic
- Check and clean condenser coil
- Clean inside condenser
- Trim back vegetation from touching condenser
- Check reversing valve operation
- Wipe down exterior of condenser
Pricing
Gold Package Details
- If Homeowner bought day of service, waive the service call fee but charge for drain line flush.
- Discount the Drain Line price to $88.00
- If time allows in your schedule perform the 1st maintenance on ALL Systems.
Bronze & Silver Package Details
- If Homeowner bought day of service, charge for service call fee AND drain line flush. (if NO Maintenance is performed)
- If time allows in your schedule perform the 1st maintenance (pay for service call but waiver Drain Line Flush) on ALL Systems.
Air Duct Cleaning Pricing
- $650 PER system up to 12 vents
- Add $120 for each zone system
- Add $25 per additional vent
Paint Pricing
- Set up & Tear down fee – $200
