Position: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Duties: include but are not limited to the following.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment with proper documentation as directed by supervisor.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and diagnose proper repairs.
- Set up and operate equipment as directed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of reading and understanding schematics.
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications applicable to the industry.
- Utilize mathematical formulas to determine both nominal and effective tonnage requirements.
- Promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other required regulations dealing with proper operation of all equipment.
- Accurately complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
- Consistently strive for results that achieve standards of excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen, and background check.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of (3) to (5) years of experience in related field
- Experience repairing HVAC.
- Basic computer skills
- Good coordination be physically fit and have dexterity.
- Willingness to work overtime and on-call hours.
- Ability to visually differentiate wires by color.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Positive self-starter who is coachable and willing to learn new things.
- Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.

Position: A/C INSTALLER
Job Duties: include but are not limited to the following.
Perform installation of equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with resolutions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of reading and understanding schematics
- Utilize mathematical skills in determining proper installation requirements
- Promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA
- Consistently strive for results that achieve standards of excellence
- Install A/C systems & duct work to county codes
Job Requirements:
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen, and background check.
- Valid Florida Driver License with a good driving record
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of (3) to (5) years of experience in related field
- Ability to differentiate between colors of wiring
- Good coordination be physically fit and have dexterity.

- Dispatching service calls to technicians
- Scheduling technicians to multiple service calls
- Ability to handle several phone calls at one time.
- Accurate data entry of service calls
- Timely follow up to service calls, permits invoices and time sheets
Qualifications:
- Strong and clear phone presence
- Valid Florida Driver License with a good driving record
- Experience within the plumbing industry a plus
- Well organized with ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills (i.e., data entry, email, and internet)
- Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities.
- High School diploma or GED and (2) years of related experience
- Sit up to (8) hours per day, occasionally lift to (15) pounds.
